My name is Erica and I'm originally from outside Melbourne in Australia but am a little obsessed with Latin America.
I've been living and working abroad for a number of years now and love meeting new people and learning about new cultures and places whilst sharing my original and adoptive ones! I am currently living in Guatemala, working for an NGO in community development.

Me llamo Erica y originalmente vengo de Australia pero soy un poco obsesionada de Latinoamérica.
Ya he estado viviendo y trabando en el extranjero hace algunos años y me encanta conocer nuevas personas y aprender de nuevas culturas y lugares así como también compartiendo mi propia cultura y la de mis adoptivas! Actualmente estoy viviendo en Guatemala, trabajando por una ONG en desarrollo comunitario.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted couchsurfers with my roomie here in Panajachel, Guatemala and loved the experience. I have also stayed in other houses where we hosted surfers and I always had a blast taking them out and showing them my city.

Hoping to meet some fabulous, interesting people who can show me something different about where they are from and I can do the same for them.

Interests

I love cooking, drinking wine, mezcal or beer, collecting old and recycled items, a good coffee and am passionate about human rights and social justice.
