About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Life is too short to not adventure... let's adventure together (if possible).
ABOUT ME
Just turned 27 years old and decided that I needed to travel more. Working a normal 40 hour work week sometimes makes it difficult to get out from Texas' large hold, but I figure you gotta start somewhere. I am a really fun-loving, roll with the punches type of little lady.
PHILOSOPHY
You only get to live everyday once, so make it count!
Where words fail, music speaks.
Don't sweat the small stuff, it is all small stuff.
It is about who you are with, not where you are going.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Now that I finally have a roommate, who I think will be okay with people sleeping on my couch, I will start to host as soon as I get back to Austin from my Euro-trip I am taking *November 19, 2014 - December 8, 2014. Not as long as I would want... but that's all my yearly saved vacation would allow. Looking to Surf a few couches, in case I get stuck somewhere where I do not know anyone. Also, I think it's more about who you are with vs. where you are going... so I would love for a local to show me around, if they are able to.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I let someone stay on my couch when I lived in Germany. I also couch surfed with a girl named Noel in France. I wonder how they are doing, now that I think about them. My good friend Mitja, from Slovenia, introduced me to CS back when I went to school with him in Germany.
Interests
I LOVE music... any and all kinds. I also really like going to museums, art, coffee shops. I love meeting new people and great conversation. I also like to play kickball and see movies in theaters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I will never forget walking 10k at night in Paris with my friend Brett. Even with heavy boots, the cold January weather, and rain... I look back and think that adventure was amazing. I will say the mountains/landscape of Germany (overall) will leave an imprint on your heart. The Northern coast of France is also quite breath taking.
Teach, Learn, Share
In a world where more and more people are born each day, let us remember that while we may all be very different, in the end we are all the same. We are made out of bones, flesh, and organs (unless you are a robot). We might think and love differently, but let's do so with respect and understanding. Just because we may come from different backgrounds or places doesn't mean we have something in common-- Help me find that commonality.
