About Me

I'm very outgoing and can easily meet up with strangers and couch surfers and have a good time. With that said, I am also very busy with my master at the moment, and barely have time to meet up with my closest friends. For this reason, I am currently very inactive on CS, so don't take it personally if I answer your message with a certain delay.

I love to discover new places, travel and try new things. I´d consider myself pretty international, as I have lived in 5 different countries the last 5 years: Sweden, Germany, Spain, England and Argentina + 2 months in Shanghai!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Every since I´ve been on Couchsurfing I feel I have a friend in every new city I come to. I really use this community to connect and to get to know locals as soon as I travel to a new place. Sometimes I live in a city for a few months and don´t necessarily need a host, but it´s always nice to get a new friend! I am so happy that this community exists!!

I´ve surfed in Cordoba (Spain), Oxford, Hamburg, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and in Buenos Aires, but also met up with awesome people in Málaga, Berlin, Newbury, Recife, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Shanghai! I actually only hosted once, when I lived in Málaga. But I would love to start hosting again as soon as I have a bit bigger home!

Interests

I love music and dancing. I´m quite a fan of electronic dance music (Minimal, multikulti, deep house etc), but I can easily listen to jazz, rock, classic, metal, salsa, bachata, cumbia, and chill tones of the likes of Jack Johnson and Ben Howard.

Two of my greatest hobbies at the moment are Climbing & Bouldering. Lately I´ve also taken a few classes in Argentinan Tango, but I´m far from calling myself good. I can try to teach you what I know so far though :) In the past I used to dance street dance and Egyptian bellydancing! I recently bought a road bike and tend to go riding more often too! I just happen to have a bit too many hobbies haha!

Apart from that I enjoy being out in the nature, running, hiking, and meet up with friends, travel, discover new places, learn new things and try things I haven't done before!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book remains the alchemist by Paulo Coelho... :) Apart from that, every since I started University I haven´t really picked up a book that is not scientific! :/ I just started reading "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel García Márquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I did the most extreme adventure I ever done - HANG GLIDING in Rio de Janeiro from the Pedro Bonita cliff! It was a truly amazing experience to just run out in the free air and then fly like a bird for about 10 minutes. So beautiful!

Caving in Wales 2012 was also a unforgettable experience! Had to squeeze myself through a small hole to finally get outside the cave. Amazing!

Driving Ariel Atom in 2013, 120 miles ph in Castle Coombes circuit was also an amazing feeling!! -> every since this, I´m really into fast cars!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Bellydancing, Tango, Climbing, Bouldering, Swedish/English/Spanish. And Macrame!!
Learn: Teach me something I didn´t know before! Literally anything :)
Also I´d be happy to learn some Chinese while I'm in Shanghai :) Or some cool handicrafts as I like to work with my hands and create new creative things :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bake you my famous KLADDKAKA (swedish chocolate mud cake). I can also show you some basic techniques of Macrame knotting, explain you something about machine learning or teach you some Swedish! :)
