ABOUT ME

My character lies somewhere between shy and outgoing. While my feet are firmly planted in the ground, sometimes I like to let myself float away. I'm always striving for balance. I love making new friends and warm up to people very quickly.

PHILOSOPHY

I am learning that reality is what each person creates through their own choices and attitudes. Thus I choose to open myself to new experience, change and growth and to keep an attitude of gratitude for all the many gifts that life brings.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My favorite part of traveling is being able to connect with new people. I have seen how couch surfing has allowed friends to form connections anywhere in the world and now I want to take part in the fun!

Interests

Pencils, paint and clay. Graphic design. Herbs, aromatherapy, and natural healing. Cooking, especially with and for others. Poetry, novels. soulful music, electronica, bluegrass, folk, funk, and dancing to it all. Philosophy, physics, the nature of the mind. Riding my bicycle, climbing mountains, taking long walks, swimming in the Yuba, learning new languages, .....
