Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm Eric, I'm 26 years old and I recently migrated to Frankfurt. Earlier this year I finished my master studies (Geography). I like to travel, to read, to cook (and eat!), to meet new people and not to forgt: to stay in touch with them. I was lucky and got around quite a lot so far, even though I always live on a small budget and try to economise wherever possible. But certainly I understood and learned many things, I would definitely not have learned, without having made these experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I wrote above, I'd like to get in contact with people in the countries I'm travelling to. I think couchsurfing is the easiest way to do this and also one of the most adventurous ones.
I hope to find some new friends from all over the world as nothing shapes your character and personality like ties to and networks in different regions and cultures.
When I come back home after a trip, I prefer to tell that I joined a friend with his foodtruck to sell burgers at night in Iran, instead of relaxing on the beach and swimming in the ocean.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I dislike this kind of "absolute" questions and/or answers. There is no thing such as the "best" or "worst" or "most amazing". But the one time where I participated in a movie being shot in Armenia playing an US-American journalist in a minor role is something happening not that often!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the languages that I know (German, English, Norwegian, Armenian), I can teach you how to use your camera (even if it's not a DSLR) to take pretty OK pictures, I'm always enjoying cozy talks about world politics, regional politics and geography.
I always like to learn new languages, even if I don't know, whether I have to use them in my life again. But knowledge is the most powerful thing one can have. The more you know about yourself, others and the world you live in, the more powerful (in a positive way) you can be.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you want to, I'd like to be your personal guide in Frankfurt - even though I myself am quite new to this environment .
