Hi, i'm Eric! I grew up in a small village in the border between Catalonia and Valencia country (basically somewhere between Valencia - Barcelona) but I've been living in Barcelona since 2011.

I've always traveled with my parents/my classmates during my childhood and ado but since I was 18 that I've really enjoyed it. Also, due to my current job I've travelled to countries with so different culture so in my case being open-minded is not only an attribute but a duty ;)

I consider myself as a sociable person who likes to meet people from different countries, cultures, ages, genders... I really think that each person has a story to tell (sometimes many of them) and an unique and special view of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that CS offers the possibility to get in touch with people that perhaps you'll never met and have a closer contact with to the local lifestyle, culture, gastronomy and traditions of the place you are visiting. I enjoy more having a drink on the crappy bar on the corner that in a finest westernized bar in the town and I think that this is what CS can offer me.

Interests

I love hiking (looking for the wilderness, the isolated mountains...), watching films/series, sports, dancing (but I dance like a robot :P), reading (but tbf I read less that I'd like...)
