CURRENT MISSION

I strive to experience as much as I can and find everything there is to find. Enjoying the little things and making the most. I want to explore the world and meet new people! I love trying new things and I want to be exposed to new lifestyles out side of my comfort zone. I have found through my travels around the world that often times it is the accidents or unplanned
findings that end up in the best memories. I hope to find people who can let me in to their lives for an hour, a day, or a week and share their culture and way of living.

ABOUT ME

I was a student athlete at the University of California in Davis, California. I love playing all kinds of sports and learning new ones! I spend the most of my time outdoors rock climbing, trekking, backpacking, and adventuring. I am always looking for a new mountain to climb or a new trail to explore. I am a graphic designer so I have also have a nerdy side as well. I played a lot of video games when I was little so I have known my way around computers quite well since a young age.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live without any regrets. As cliche as that sounds, I just mean that I want to experience everything I can and not have an opportunity pass me by that I would regret not being a part of. I want to experience new things and explore different view points and cultures and lifestyles.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love exploring and finding new places to adventure whether that is hiking with you, being taught a sport, or sharing a new home cooked dish with you. I currently don't have my own place so I can't host other Couch Surfers, but I hope to have one soon so I can benefit from learning from all sorts of new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many couches and floors on mountaineering trips, trekking adventures, even volleyball road trips, but more than anything I can't wait to host new people!

Sports (all of them, but especially experienced in baseball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, track and field, australian football, and american football), Art, Design, Photography, Hiking, Backpacking, Rock Climbing, Mountaineering, Slacklining, Exploring, Adventuring of any kind!

Lately the sports I have been most interested in learning are Cricket and Soccer.

Favorite Movies: American History X, Blow, The Darjeeling Limited, Shawshank Redemption, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Funny Games, and many more.

Favorite Music: Broken Social Scene, The National, and pretty much all music. I love oldies, rock, indie rock, alternative, hip hop, experimental, dubstep, country, pretty much name it and I probably enjoy it. I definitely go through phases of enjoying different types and currently I am most into Indie, Singer Songwriter, and Alternative.

Watched the midnight sun set partially and then rise across the horizon while summitting a glacier in Iceland. We had amazing luck with the weather and the skies were perfectly clear all night long

I can share knowledge about design, art, photography, and many sports. I really just want to learn about other people's lifestyles and to hear their story and to try new things.

If you are curious to learn about optics/lenses used in photography I can share my knowledge about this. I also love to swap travelling stories, places I enjoyed, ways to budget cheaply, and my favorite experiences from adventures back home, and in many other countries.
