About Me
I'm a bit of a squirrel--always moving around, always doing something new. I love picking up a hobby, dedicating myself to it intensely, then moving on.
2 years ago I picked up cycling and immediately took on a self-supported bicycle trip across the U.S. and Canada for 7 months. No rush--stopped to chill along the way. I love adventure; I love being active; I love people. What better way to combine all of those things than with a touring trip?
This year I also rode my bicycle around 日本 with my best friend / roommate for a few weeks🤙🏽
When not traveling I live in Los Angeles, CA and work as a transit consultant engineer. I work remotely most of the time so I leave home for weeks at a time quite often.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travel and adventure are a way of life. Even when stationary I feel like a local traveler.
I love to connect with people who share the spirit of adventure -- my people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once upon a time, I rode my bicycle from Boston to Montreal to Toronto to Detroit to Seattle to Vancouver to Portland to Los Angeles. 7 months. Took it chill🤙🏽 Stopped to smell the roses and the livestock manure(:
