HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got the opportunity to do a lot of traveling over the past years and I am very grateful for all the couches :). Thank you! In return, I try to show people around when I can, and certainly I'm always open to give suggestions for anywhere I've been or lived.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing is such a great idea with many great people. It promotes an instant connection to the culture through a local. My experiences have been nothing but positive, I have met great people who have showed me the ins-and-outs of their cities, and I received an intimate perspective on the culture that I wouldn't get from a hostel or hotel. Ah, gotta' love CouchSurfing..

I'm an avid reader - I love the classics, but also some newer authors such as Haruki Murakami and Patrick Rothfuss. I also enjoy reading non-fiction, though mostly about the brain or universe.

I just started watching movies more often, some of my favorites off the top of my head are Captain Fantastic, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Inception, I Origins, Waking Life...

Music. I love live music. Singer-songwriters, rock, indie, and postrock are some of my favorite genres.
