Overview
About Me
I'm a low maintenance laid back homegrown Austinite math teacher by day and weekend pedicabber by night. I'm also a musician, I play the upright/electric bass and occasionally bang away on the piano. I love being outside, exploring, and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a classically trained bassist and my pops was an accomplished jazz musician that exposed me to every genre of music under the sun. My musical tastes are all over the place but the one thing thats consistent is its gotta have a groove. I've been really diggin on ole school Funkadelic and Charles Bradley lately.
For movies i'm a fan of directors like Jarmusch, Herzog, John Waters, Lynch, the Coen Brothers, and stuff like that. Pee Wee Hermans Big Adventure and the Jerk are at the top of my list for good quality flicks. Anything that'll leave you afterwards feeling slightly more deranged with a good dose of laughter is preferred.
Tom Robbins, Pirsig, Hesse, Bradbury, Roald Dahl, Silverstein, Abbie Hoffman, Hunter S. Thompson are all authors i've got a strong liking for.
