HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently surfing with friends and family in the Midwest USA before heading on a year long trip around the world beginning Jan. 9 in Bangkok, Thailand. Definitely open to surfing with interesting folks on our way! Looking to spend around 6 months in S.E. Asia then head towards Europe in July (Thinking Italy, Germany - Oktoberfest!, and Greece before heading up to the UK and then home to the USA in November! My big interests are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, SCUBA, food, beer, and new cultures / languages. Hit me up if you think it would be cool to hang out and/or can host my wife and I for a day or two. Thanks! - Update: I have spent the last three years travelling all over the world. It has been wonderful and has opened my eyes to many new ways of experiencing and seeing the world. Would be more than happy to help others to experience the same. Currently have a condo in Charleston, SC and looking for an apartment to hold in Cozumel, MX. so visitors will be welcome in either, depending on where I am at whichever time :-)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Swam with tiger sharks in the Atlantic and baby turtles in Cozumel. Also, I sold a 2000 sq. ft. house, two cars, and all of my belongings so that I could chase my dreams :-)
Cliff jumping in the Philippines, sky diving in Malaysia, surfing in Bali were all fun also!

I can teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, guitar, vocal training, English, some Spanish. I am also an active PADI SCUBA instructor, as well as an active American Red Cross CPR/AED/FA instructor.
I love to learn and am interested in languages (all), yoga, philosophy and existential perspectives.
