One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One night, my plans fell through. Instead of staying in and bumming around, my friends and I decided to tackle something we had our eye on for some time: the 80-story building under construction a few blocks away in Lower Manhattan So we embarked upon our journey to the top of the Big Apple at around 3 AM. Once we reached the top, everything was suddenly so quiet and the loud, raucous life of New York City transformed into mere lights and dots floating in the canyons created by each dense city block. I have never been so at peace in the city, as at that moment.
