ABOUT ME

I am an easygoing, friendly and smiling person. I like to take care of other people, host and make people relaxed and feel like in their own home.
I am also an analytical and reflecting person who needs to spend some time by myself in the nature.

PHILOSOPHY

You have to find out what is true for you on your path of life. My personal philosophy is constantly changing as life is a journey. My religion is openess and tolerance. Build bridges, not barriers. Life is a miracle and an adventure, just go with the flow.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you can't go to the world let the world come to you. When I don't have enough time to travel it's great to be able to receive people from all over the world making my home a nice place with a warm and international atmosphere.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well in one month I have hosted 19 people from Italy, Canada, France, USA, Peru, Poland and Turkey in my former very small appartment. It all went very well, and we had a lot of fun. Now I live in a bigger apartment with a stunning view over Stockholm and lake Mälaren.

I like to do different training like calisthenics, gym and mixed martial arts. I sing in a choire and I like to play the piano.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with Dolphins in the Red Sea in December 2002! Woodstock music festival in Poland July 2015. Visited Golan Heights in December 2015 and stayed in a nice drus village a few hundred meters from the border to Lebanon and Syria.

Teach, Learn, Share

Your best teacher is often your enemy. You will probably learn your best lesson from a person you have hard to cope with and who have different values and background. Walking over that bridge will help you to reach your goals and your freedom. I can share the wisdom of other people I have met in life.

Having worked as a school teacher the last two years I know that to reach the secrets of knowledge you have to be brave, curious, adventurous, disciplined, stuborn, repeating and still invite your brain to have a lot of fun!
Never say: "I can't do this, I dont understand, this is so difficlut and boring".
Say: "I can do it, I can learn this, I will understand it, this is interesting".

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with hosts my personal training programme that I developed during the last year. It is a daily training programme with 14 different movements.
It will prevent you from getting pain in your joints and muscles.
It will improve your shape, strength, muscle tonus, flexiblility and well being in general.
