Hi, exploring the world and its cultural events has been my life the last decade or so. In my early-mid twenties I lived abroad visiting dozens of countries. Seeing all the world has to offer. Now I am a bit more deliberate where I go, but that drive to see world cultures is there. Even though I have already experienced so much, there’s still so much of the world to see.

After 3 years of non-stop travel living out of a suitcase, I now live in Taipei. It’s been so nice to have a home again and to be able to use Taipei as a home base to see the rest of the world.

Very interested in meeting new people and having new experiences. I love hearing about how others chose to live their lives, what their motivations are, and how they feel on a day to day. I generally can rally for anything and am good at getting groups of people together. Whether I am hoping to stay with you or you’re considering staying with me, I look forward to meeting you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now that I have an apartment for the next year, I want to offer my couch and soon to be spare bedroom to people traveling through in Taipei.

Music, Movies, and Books

I generally enjoy most music. Some genres are great for dancing, others for quiet relaxing afternoons. Especially into Techno and House music but also love latin, dancehall or other caribbean genres.

When it comes to movies I don't watch much tv. There are obviously the classics but these days I tend to watch 2-3 movies a year. Everything everywhere all at once was my 2022 highlight

I've read a ton of non-fiction the last few years, especially self-development books. Right now, I am trying to read more fiction. Just to mix things up a bit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's so many things that I have participated in. One of 2022's highlights has to be camping with Orgy dome at burning man. So much work to put all that together but the reward was so unexpected. Happy to go into more details sometime.
