Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard about CS in some of my travels and wanted to find out all about it. To meet people locally that live similarly and to make friendships. And to build/understand the network for traveling abroad.

Interests

Trying everything at least twice.
Venturing outside my known comfort zones.
Making 'trial' friends when off hiking/camping/traveling
Being outdoors (hiking, scuba, skydiving, kayaking, etc)
Expanding my views and beliefs through conversation and drinks

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to music, my mood and the day dictates what I listen to.
I love to read during the winter months, almost always non-fiction.
Some top movies: Legend of the Fall, Alone in the wilderness (1990's documentary), Into the wild, Heat, Meet Joe Black, just to name a couple.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've always worked to free myself from the settled lifestyle, never tried to conform to societies expectations.
