I'm a sophomore currently studying at a university in Wisconsin. I am very relaxed, social, and accepting. I'm very easy to get along with and I really like to meet new people.

I was born in Long Beach, CA, and lived in Los Alamitos for 13 years. I moved to WI the summer before I was 13 and have lived here since. Very big Packers and Badgers fan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm in college, and it's tough to travel with the fees of hotels. I've always been afraid to travel due to the high costs involved, but this website has inspired me that it is indeed completely possible.

Interests

I enjoy outdoor activities, such as fishing and hunting. I also am very much into music; I sang all of my life, started playing guitar about two years ago and now am starting up piano. I play video games, but not a lot. Very much enjoy social gatherings. Have some side application development projects going on.

Music, Movies, and Books

First and foremost, I'm a firm believer that music was way better in the past. I'm very much into classic rock and music that inspired classic rock from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and sometimes 80s.

That doesn't mean I don't appreciate other music, though. I'm also very much into new age piano music, along with trap (not dubstep) music for when I host parties in my college town (it tends to fire up students more than Led Zeppelin..). Hip hop somewhat, but a lot of it can be so distasteful. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy a good beat and well-crafted lines, though.

I read my Bible, and sometimes some other books based on success, motivation, and Christian beliefs.

I don't have a favorite movie(s). Love the Bond films, The Other Guys, Christmas Vacation.
