Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to travel and meet new people. I live in a nice neighborhood and have some extra space to share. I think hosting is a great way to expand your horizons a bit.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classic rock, a bit of classical and jazz, modern pop and rock, dance, and hip hop. Films by Wes Anderson, David Fincher, the Coen Brothers, and anything with my favorite actors--Daniel Day Lewis, Edward Norton, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, and Bill Murray. Books by Haruki Murakami, Richard Brautigan, and Raymond Chandler and histories by David McCullough. Anything passed along to me by friends as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Drove a truckload of medical supplies from Las Vegas to Chicago with my best friend and spent the night at the Navajo reservation along the way. A great American road trip with lots of beautiful memories.
Teach, Learn, Share
Willing to teach anyone or learn from anyone. It's what gives life it's flavor.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If I'm being hosted, I have no problems pitching in with cooking or cleaning. I'm tidy, quiet, respectful, and trustworthy. And if and when you need some privacy, I have no issue with disappearing for a bit.
