Hello friends! I’m Erika! A very down to earth, kind & genuine woman. I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert who loves socializing, but needs to recharge my social battery occasionally. I was born and raised in Maryland, USA, but have also lived in Australia. I'm a flight attendant, but funnily enough have done most of my traveling before I started my career. I love cooking, dancing, and hiking or pretty much anything outdoors. In my spare time I’m a volunteer firefighter/EMT. I’ve had the pleasure of being hosted by some pretty awesome people throughout my travels and hope to one day be able to host surfers as well!

I was bit by the travel bug when I went to Greece in September of 2015. It was my first time being out of the USA and the experience really changed me. I love meeting new people and being immersed in different cultures. I really appreciate what Couchsurfing is all about and the experience it offers. Since then, I’ve lived abroad & have visited 4 continents.
