To make the most out of my one year off from work by being open to new places, different people, new experiences, ideas, etc!

ABOUT ME

After working as an auditor for four years, passing my post-grad exams and becoming a Chartered Accountant, I decided to shake things up, take a year off from work and see the world! I left Sydney late March 2014 and I've been backpacking around Europe since :)

PHILOSOPHY

In a way I'm still developing my own personal philosophy. Before travelling, I was a professional putting in 50-60 hours a week in a job I did not love (but liked well enough) to save up for a house deposit.
Fortunately I decided to shake things up, take a year off and travel! Ever since leaving Sydney I've met lots of interesting people with refreshingly different outlooks on life. Some of which have definitely appealed to me. I'm still figuring things out, but the following are things I value:

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had one couchsurfing experience so far - I stayed in a tent in a couchsurfing camp during the Guca Trumpet Festival in Serbia.
