Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To experience life, live in the present, make new friends and get a better understanding of the world through travel.
ABOUT ME
I'm a friendly and adventurous being who is transitioning back to American life after teaching ESL in Thailand for a year. I'm originally from California, I grew up in the south and went to university in the north. My parents are immigrants from Asia so I've grown up in a mixed cultural lifestyle. I enjoy meeting people from around the world and gaining new perspectives and friends.
PHILOSOPHY
I think that in order to improve our world, we need to come together as a global community. I think by traveling and meeting others we open our minds and souls to new experiences and types of people this making our worlds a little smaller and slightly more connected. I think it's important to respect one another and keep an open-mind for change in our lives, after all, change is the only certainty in life.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all sorts of movies and havent read much as of late. I listen to anything that's good. I love hearing new types of music. My go to music recently has been Camille and The Flaming Lips.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Morakot Cave (Emerald Cave) on Koh Mook (Trang, Thailand) was absolutely stunning. My friend and I kayaked from the beach we were staying on and made it through a cave of pure darkness to a small secluded beach full of lush plants, a couple monkeys and the island walls opening up to the sky.
A trip prior to this, my college friend and I backpacked through Europe and saw 10 cities in 21 days. It was a whirlwind of a trip t say the least but the plethora of experiences had in that short period of time are priceless.
