About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Writing a book about stress at the workplace which is influenced by economy, Human Resources Management, politics, uncertainty, exploitation of workers.
ABOUT ME
I've background in journalism, but currently writing a book. I also have education in holistic health and yoga, so I'm a yoga instructor on the side. A part from that I play the accordion, I dance salsa and I spend as much time in nature and in the mountains of Norway as possible. As a person I'm a mix of introverted and extraverted, I love spending time with good friends and going for new adventures, as well as spending time by myself, reading books, playing music, writing, doing yoga, meditating, spend time in nature.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I joined CS in 2007, when I was travelling through Brazil. All my experiences has been wonderful! It has been really great to meet so much openminded and caring people, and every time someone lets me stay in their house I'm amazed. In general, the thing I love the most about CS is that it lets you know the culture and country from the inside and to stay away from touristic places.
