Overview
About Me
I'm from the US but am studying in Ireland for a term! I'm studying English literature, as well as environmental policy and culture. My main area of focus is Native American studies with a concentration on issues of wilderness and land rights. While in Ireland, I'm learning as much as I can, meeting as many new people as possible, and traveling to all sorts of new places. I want to see all the iconic tourist attractions, but I also love to get a real taste of the culture of a place too. I’m a nature lover and have grown up in the outdoors—backpacking, camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, biking, etc—and enjoy doing things off the beaten track.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would love to get an insider taste of a city. While I would like to be able to see as many sights as possible and will not be in any one place for long, I hope to meet some new friends to share stories and time with while abroad. I love learning about other ways of life and seeing things from new perspectives!
