I just graduated from college with a Biology degree and now I'm excited to have free time to explore the world. I recently started an internship at STRI to study the evolution of a coral reef fish in Panama. It's been really great and I am learning a lot!

I really love photography and live through my lens, science, art, the ocean - swimming, body boarding, SCUBA, snorkeling, kayaking. Living in Hawaii, hiking, backpacking, exploring, drinking tea and coffee, cooking, baking, Thai food, beading, attempting to speak Spanish, laser cutting earrings, and next-generation sequencing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went paragliding in the Alps in the freezing cold winter, hung out on top of a few 100 ft. + waterfalls, floated in the dead sea, and hiked up and sledded back down a giant mountain

I can teach you lots of biology, just taught a friend how to tread water and snorkel, how to say humuhumunukunukuapuaa (Hawaiian fish)

I would like to improve my Spanish, learn new things, and get the inside scoop on places and things to see in new locations
