ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous minimalist! I am a seeker, a deep philosophical thinker, and an information junkie :-). Travel is in my bones, it's part of who I am at the soul level. My purpose is to be a paradigm-shifter, a world-changer...one person, and one small change at a time.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing worse than an unquestioned thought.

I believe that by increasing our own awareness of ourselves and helping others increase their own, is the way we improve the world and be our best selves.

Run towards that which is uncomfortable to you, because that is where you find the limits and boundaries of your own mind.

My most difficult experiences in life have brought the most amazing things to me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting people, connecting with people on a deep level, networking all over the world. Couchsurfing is one amazing tool for doing that. I want to host at some point soon but don't have the setup yet for that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to couchsurf but can't wait to give it a go! I have done air bnb before and it was mind-blowingly awesome as a guest, and then started hosting.

兴趣

I have been interested in anything non-mainstream, unconventional, mysterious, inexplicable, etc. since I was a kid. Now I work in holistic Healing, doing energy work like Reiki, and body work like X'Tract, among other things. I'm passionate about nutrition and helping people increase their awareness on all levels. I love to talk spirituality and metaphysics. I love to talk about paradigm-shifting, and how we can create a better world and be our best selves. I love to hear others' stories and learning through hearing about their experiences.

I love to read and won't bore you with a giant list of my fave books. I'm not a huge movie person, but I love American History X and The Matrix, among others along those lines. I have eclectic music interests, from Willie Nelson to Bob Marley to AWOLNATION to New Age and electronica.

Amazing things hmmm... Wow so many to choose from... Experiencing the gift and challenge of parenting is a biggie. Seeing a pod of orcas surface only 10 feet off the catamaran I was on in Hawaii. Snorkeling in Hawaii and seeing a shark swim by (talk about near heart attack!)...

I have alot of experience with consciousness work and processing emotions. I have a gift of seeing beyond social norms and most people's limits of mind. I have a lot of experience in and knowledge about the allopathic health care system, alternative health, and holistic Healing. Random skill: I know how to juggle although I'm no expert :-).
