Overview
About Me
I'm an actor living in New York City with my husband, Thomas ! We work on photography projects, act, and travel together. I'm an Irish citizen raised in the US, where I attended a high school for the arts. My dad's family is French, and the language and culture was always a part of my life growing up. After high school, I studied French and English literature in Edinburgh, Scotland before leaving for New York. I love exercise, especially yoga and dance. I love adventures and learning about the world's cultures and how they're different from mine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I mentioned, I love to learn about different cultures and discuss cultural differences with locals. I hate staying in hotels as I don't feel I really get immersed in the culture of a country if I stay with a group of other tourists. I travel to learn, not to just take a picture to show I've been somewhere. I never do anything half-heartedly - I love to be immersed in anything I choose to do!
I have yet to use couchsurfing extensively, but I've used airbnb and I know I prefer staying in a home with locals.
