Overview
About Me
Hey there. My name is Erin and I love hiking, reading, swimming, cooking, teaching, my dog and my husband. I also love meeting new people, hosting new people. I am originally from Texas, but I have lived and taught English in South Korea since 2011. I have been a part of the couchsurfing community since 2006, but when my undergrad email account was erased, my access to my couchsurfing account was too. Womp.* In the past 11 years, I've stayed with couchsurfing hosts in Dublin, Paris, Madrid and Rome, and since living in Korea, I've hosted travelers from Japan, Finland, Latvia and Switzerland.
*You can verify this by searching for the other Erin Stewart in Gwangju. Surprise! It's also me!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Trust-building, community involvement, and economical, sustainable travel are important to me, and couchsurfing incorporates all these ideas into one. I have some great stories from past surfing experiences, and I hope to build more!
