CURRENT MISSION

Erin and I are in Europe until August 7th. We want to meet cool new people and explore cities in our own way, which usually doesn´t involve a tour group.

ABOUT ME

Me and Erin are simply really fun girls. We are laid back and adapt pretty easily to our environments. I think the reason we are fun people is because we can make a good time out of almost any situation. We have a lot of energy and can hang out until sunrise, so finding people that can keep up with us is hard sometimes. Of course we don´t spend every night like that, we also enjoy more low key nights where we just hang out wiht our friends and relax. During the day we love to explore our surroundings in a unique way. We have yet to sign up for any official tours of a city. We can be pretty spontaneous so its hard sometimes to tell where we will be or what we will be doing, and thats just fine for us.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess our personal philosophy is to not force life´s experiences but to let them happen and enjoy them for what they are worth. We also believe that its the people you meet that become the icing on the cake. We are traveling Europe to help open our eyes to the world, different cultures and different people. I think its these kinds of experiences that shape the kind of person you become and I think they´ll help to make us better more understanding people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are both new to this concept. We met up a friend in Pamplona during the running of the bulls and she was already a part of the site so she introduced us to it and the people that she had already met using it.

Interests

Erin and I are definetly fans of a cities night life, whether its going to a bar, a club or hanging out on the steps of a Cathedral (that was last night). We are also big fans of nature. We like to camp, hike, snorkel... just about anything outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books

Erin likes anything with Mel Gibson in it... she´s too far gone with this and can´t be helped, haha. My favorite movie is Nightmare Before Christmas. I like comedies and I love zombie movies... I guess I can´t be helped either.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I´ve swam with manatees in Florida. For both of us it was definetly going to Pamplona during the running of the bulls. Partying in the streets with the Italians after they won over Germany was also pretty great for us.

Teach, Learn, Share

I minored in photography so I know a little about that. I also minored in psychology but Im not quite sure how this may come in handy for someone. Both me and Erin have conducted reasearch so if anybody needs advice on that.... I guess we could help haha. We also know a good deal about animals and nature but there are definetly plenty of people who know more. We would like to learn about the cities we are in and its culture. We´d also like to get to know the people that we meet and what some of their perspectives our.
