I have worked in cheese for the past 9 years and am currently in Queretaro learning how to make cheese as well as seeing the city and hanging with my family. I love cheese, I love exploring new cities, and I love beer. I moved here from Oakland, CA but am from Chicago and also lived in NYC. Oh, and 2016 was awesome because the Cubs won the world series.
