ABOUT ME

A bit of a Freelance Urban Nomad, I've done my fair share of moving about. As most travelers know, once you start, you can't stop! There is os much in this world to see, and I plan on seeing as much of it as I possibly can.

I am an outgoing person and can get along with almost anyone. Chatty and energetic, I have the desire to meet as many people in as many different places as possible.

I also comma splice like it is my job.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal experiences have taught me first hand that life is short. It can be over at any minute. Therefore, you MUST live life to the fullest. I know it sounds cliche, but I cannot stress enough how true it is. Take opportunities when they are presented to you, because you never know when/if you will get the chance to do it again.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed and hosted. Unfortunately, due to my living arrangements, I can no longer host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Years ago, I created a CouchSurfing account. Not long after I did, my roommate and I got a request from a surfer. We accepted and had what seemed to be a great surfing experience. It turned out, however, our Surfer stole from us, despite the precautions we took. We were not the only ones to be duped by him and he was removed from the site. After that happened, I deleted my account.

Despite what happened, I decided to create a new account. This is too great an organization to let one bad experience keep me from. I hope in starting up again I can have many great experiences to trump my very negative one.
