ABOUT ME

I am 27 years old and am from Nashville, Tennessee. I am currently living in Denver, Colorado (the Littleton area). This year I have already lived in Nashville, TN, Chattanooga, TN, Portland, OR, and Warner Robins, GA. I am a fun, open-minded person who enjoys life, my family, and friends. My favorite thing to do is laugh! If you can make me laugh and we can laugh together, then we will be instant friends. I love to smile!!! :) I enjoy traveling, shopping, reading, funny movies, hanging out with friends, good wine, watching/playing sports...just about anything.

PHILOSOPHY

Recently my new philosophy is let things happen the way they are meant to happen. I am trying to live my life to the fullest and take it one day at a time. I am just looking to have a lot of fun and experience as much as possible while I am able.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Telisa and I first couchsurfed in Charleston, SC for a few nights. We had a great time with our host! I had a really GREAT experience CouchSurfing while I was in Europe for seven weeks in the summer of 2010! My hosts were amazing, and I still keep in contact with several of them. Since I've been back in the States, I have made a few local friends through CS and have shown a couple of couchsurfers around Nashville, TN.

Music, Movies, and Books

Being from Nashville, Tennessee, I love country music. However, I will listen to just about anything! I love movies, especially comedies, suspense, and dramas. I try to read as often as possible, but usually I only have time to read teen-level books because I teach middle school. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to co-pilot a small plane through the Swiss Alps! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to share my experiences with cool people while I travel around Europe. Because I am only 27, I know there is a lot I need (and want) to learn about this world. I am very anxious to travel, gain new experiences, and meet new people.
