ABOUT ME

Of course I love to travel! But I really love to kayak and look for animals in nature! I am currently in graduate school to study scavenging ecology on island ecosystems on invasive species.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to experience new places and wonder at the world's vastness. To teach people to kayak and to go kayaking and be outdoors as much as possible!

I love making friends! I have made so many friends from all over the world while studying in Sweden, I want to continue this practice living in Athens, GA!

I surfed in Belgium and Paris with some great folks and would love to host at my house now!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A couple of springs ago (May 2010) I went sea kayaking in the fjords of Norway. Never had I seen such an amazing landscape. We saw seals, whales, eagles, and starfish! We met people from my home state and discovered we had a mutual friend! I also made friends with the guides from New Zealand. The experience of paddling with my two Aussie friends I'd met in Sweden in the majestic fjords carved from glaciers was incredible!

I know a lot about wildlife and kayaking. I'd like to improve my Spanish. I have lot's a traveling and animal stories to share!
