ABOUT ME
A Texan-New Yorker-Parisian who loves to travel! I was born in Texas, lived in New York City for 9 years (I was there through 9-11, so I feel I have the right to call myself a New Yorker), and now live in the beautiful city of Paris! I love to travel, love all forms of arts and performing arts, sports, outdoor activities - really I just love life and experiencing all it has to offer! I am also a singer, cabaret and jazz and broadway mostly, but I love to make music and play around with it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just started hosting and travelling with couch-surfer, after seeing friends have good experiences (and meeting couch-surfers staying with other friends). I have done the traditional hostel thing before this when traveling myself, or Airbnb or rented apartments/gites.

Music, Movies, and Books
"Eat, Pray, Love" by Elizabeth Gilbert was a life-changer for me, just spoke to me and inspired me to pick up and travel. I love reading, enjoy a variety of films and music, and always enjoy discovering new or different things.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching 4 large male elephants romping in the river at Kruger National Park in South Africa, and the curious one who crossed over to examine our car!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a teacher by nature - actually my entire family teaches in some way (or has in the past). I currently teach singing, dance, acting, but have many other skills and enjoy sharing them - language, arts and crafts, and more!
Countries I’ve Visited
