About Me
ABOUT ME
Moved back home a few months ago after living in Austria for two years. I love being outside (although, since I'm a ginger, preferably not in direct sunlight), and I've recently become very interested in sustainable agriculture. I just tried wwoofing for the first time, which was also my first time working on a farm in general- kind of funny considering I grew up in Nebraska, which is about 93% farmland.
PHILOSOPHY
"When life hands you lemons, cut them in half and stuff them in your bra where they'll do you some good."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to get to know a new city is to hang out with people who live there :)
Interests
I love television way more than is probably healthy. I'm a huge fan of offbeat museums. Asparagus museum, anyone?
- flamenco
- guitar
- agriculture
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a huge fan of smooth jazz or heavy metal, but I like pretty much everything in between.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 6 years old, I won a hokey-pokey-on-rollerskates contest.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can speak German pretty well, and I'm a decent baker. I've been dying to learn flamenco guitar.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Croatia, England, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, United States
