Music, Movies, and Books
Music: rock, bluegrass, indie, ambient, trance, but I listen mostly to rap. Specifically, I am currently in love with Schoolboy Q, Brooke Candy, Daveed Diggs, Kid Cudi, Das Racist, Jay Electronica, etc etc.
Books: I LOVE READING. WE SHOULD ALL READ ALWAYS.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I backpacked across Europe through a university program in 2013. I traveled alone to Berlin, and Brussels. I've met some AMAZING people through this, and it sparked my will to travel. When I got home, I immediately got a cheap roundtrip to Texas and I quickly learned I LOVE packing my travel cases
light; minimalist packing is almost like a game! That summer of traveling was so important to me. I became less shy and realized I loved going places with friends, but also alone!
Summer of 2014 I planned out a trip for myself hitting Chicago, DC, and New Jersey! I managed to do this 3 week journey with a student budget of about 800 dollars due to early bus tickets, friends, and CS hosts. I wouldn't trade that experience for anything. I learned just as much about myself as I did about all the incredible people I got to meet, or reconnect with :)
Also once I got a poem published?
Teach, Learn, Share
Seriously, I love meeting people that can teach me something. I am a student of the world~
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer easy conversation and laughs! I love meeting new people, and I feel that I am easy to get along with. Also, I like 2 party.
