Me? I'm an american living in France. Living in Marseille painting, sculpting and writing; travelling quite a bit..enjoying the sea and people. Recently, I have been cooking A LOT and riding my bike all around. It's blissful!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in collectivity, as in, people make your world and they make your world better. But, noone has to believe collective thinking. Be individual.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've pretty addicted to travelling and (although we can't see it) I have been a couchsurfer, connection-seeking traveler for YEARS and have ALWAYS had incredible experiences.
Through all of my travel experiences through Europe, Americas and Islands, the richest and most emotional experiences that I lived were shared with others.
I can't imagine NOT meeting new people through travel and sharing time with new people.
I also don't believe that it is necessary to spend an enormous amount of money while travelling, travel is a way of life so I try to find ways to make it practical for myself and others.

Art (contemporary as well as modern, Italian Renaissance, Dutch painting, Swedish weavings, Brazilian Tropicalia...eek let's talk.), cooking, thinking about cooking, abandoned buildings, Modernist architecture, window displays, scientific illustration/graphics, old school books and encyclopedias, bike riding, really long walks, everyday walks, wandering, the sea, spelling errors, reading, history of migrations, fashion from the 1970's, crafts from the 1970's, language, unfinished sentences...
The study of human behavior: how we learn, how we understand, how we feel, what we believe and why...
