About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn about and from as many people and cultures as I can

ABOUT ME

I am an adventurer who loves trying new food and hobbies, seeing things I've never seen, and experiencing the unexpected. I try to take every circumstance, good and bad, as an opportunity for adventure and growth--I'm along for the ride! My favorite things is connecting with people who are really similar to me or completely different; I love swapping stories and giving pieces of my life to others. I can be extremely quiet and contemplative or loud and passionate--whatever the moment calls for.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The best part of couchsurfing for me is the opportunity to experience life in a city from people who live there every day. In return for the generosity of those who host me (and often go above and beyond the call of duty), I am happy to share in household chores, adventures of the hosts' choosing, and I especially love cooking for people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every experience I've had couchsurfing has been amazing. The gift of friendship across the globe to me is far better than just a bed in the city I'm visiting.

Interests

Everything! I want to learn about everything. Currently I read, play music, cook and bake, sew, do origami, enjoy live poetry. I am passionate about human rights and love to learn history/hear stories of different people groups. I am always, always interested in learning about other languages!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books are my treasure; I read lots of nonfiction, but am more picky about fiction... mostly literary but some thrillers. :)
I really love documentaries about anything and everything, and also foreign movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the ball drop in Times Square on New Year's Eve, stood on the equator, kissed the Blarney Stone, explored the White House, and kayaked in the Olympic National Park. My short life has been packed with incredible things, and I love to swap stories!

Countries I’ve Visited
