I was born and raised in Canada, and after graduating from a media studies program at university last spring I moved to Korea to teach English for a year. Throughout the year I have done some traveling around Korea and neighbouring countries, and I will be backpacking in South Africa and Southeast Asia from December on.

I have only heard amazing things from friends who have used Couchsurfing, and meeting amazing local people is always the best part of any trip for me.

Interests

I love exploring new cities - especially parks, flea markets, used book stores, art galleries, and live music. I can also entertain myself for entire days with just headphones and a book.
