to travel completely around the world and learn at least five languages while I'm at it. To help anyone any way I can.

ABOUT ME

I'm a Native New Yorker. I've spent the past 3 years in Czech Republic and Italy teaching English. Currently living in Long Beach, New York for the summer. Planning to return to Sicily in August for some languages classes and more importantly a job! I love live music and going to concerts, dancing all that stuff. I paint and do some artsy fartsy stuff when I can. I'm honest and respectful. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor manners, 'please' and 'thank you' never made any enemies :) I love being around people and having close friends but I'm not a fan of clingy or hyper-needy/insecure people, who is really? I love a martini cocktail or glass of wine in a dark cafe or bar. I like making plans, throwing parties and organizing events for my friends. My most recent endeavors have been a bitches brunch, a charity bar crawl and a fishing trip. Sometimes I wear strange wigs just for fun. I hope that's enough "all about me" but if you have any questions feel free to ask:)

I never say the word 'hate'.... and I treat people with respect and patience, it's not always easy but it's worth it.

I like language, anything having to do with communication and how we do it. I like learning about new cultures, customs, cuisines etc. I'm really interested in religions and histories and how they shape the societies that exist now, I sometimes don't have the discipline/patience to really study them deeply but I try :) I love to paint and make things with my hands. Interesting films and books really do it for me too.

I teach english, maybe it's not terribly noble but I enjoy meeting the people that I do. I love being able to give friends back home (and people in general) advice on where/how/when to travel to the places that I know.
