I´m a very social person, I love meeting new people and getting to know them. My friends say that I´m down-to-earth and straight forward, I speak my mind but not without thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I joined CS I wanted to find couches to surf on my vacation in the US, and right now I am not able to host to easily, since I am living with a family as an au pair, but might need couches to surf while adventuring through life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted two people, and it was great! Also, I´ve been hosted by great hosts while I was in America. So my experiences with CS are only good.

Interests

I like sports, both to watch and to play, almost any sport involving a ball or maybe a frisbee catches my attention and makes me want to join in. Rugby is my absolute favorite though.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, and Stephen King is one of my favourite authors.
I have played the drums since I was 9, but unfortunately I don´t have the space for them in my apartment, so I gave them to my nieces. I do have a guitar though, that I do not play very often, due to the fact that I don´t know how to, yet, I will learn someday.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I went hiking with some friends in the mountains in Norway. It´s an experience I will never forget, hiking for hours with incredible views and playing around with friends, camping and enjoying the fire at night and the river and mountains.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than happy to share ideas, thoughts and experience with you. I am also a pretty good chef and baker, and used to all kinds of diets (myself being vegan, sister-in-law being gluten and lactose intolerant, and also having worked in hospital kitchens have helped). Meaning I can cook you up a feast as a thank you for letting me stay with you.
