About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Planning a trip in July with my girlfriend to Prague, Warsaw, Slovakia, and Vienna. I'm also going back to school to switch to working in healthcare.
ABOUT ME
I enjoy out door activities and exercise. Currently I'm doing a little weight lifting , rock climbing, biking and crossfit. In the past I did a lot of running, hiking, swimming and racket sports: racquetball, tennis, badminton, ping pong. I don't watch much TV. I switched over to a gluten free paleo diet a few years ago and it makes me feel like a million dollars.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live. I believe that you have to take care of your mind and body. I try hard to be healthy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've done a little hosting, more traveling and a few local activities with some of the other couch surfers in the area.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent a 4th of July weekend at a friends beach house. A friend of mine is a couch surfer and she brought along 6 or 7 European couch surfers to the beach house for the weekend. I just got back from my first couch surf. I felt so connected to the pulse of the island. Something that never would have happened if I had been a regular tourist.
Interests
WINE. I love everything about it. However, I don't drink much any more and when I do it typically is a nice wiskey.
I like electronics and technology. I love to talk about world events and politics, but I don't like to talk much about U.S. politics. I know that U.S. events are linked to world events but...

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to watch movies but only once. I like to listen to all types of music as long as it is not too loud. I read lots of fiction whenever I have the free time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking to the top of angles landing in Zion was breathtaking. Literally. I've seen a lot of natural beauty and it is not often that you see something that just blows your socks off.
