For the jobs i quitted, i quitted just because of feeling saturated with something bad. I never calculated pros and cons. You may ask what the amazing thing is here. Here is the thing; I always experienced nothing went worse in my life. I believe life itself is the only miracle we actually have, and never do anything you dislike, never waste time with such things.
