Overview
About Me
I was born in Germany 53 years ago, grew up in Italy, in the north, then moved to central Italy, and eventually returned to Germany for five years.
At the age of 46, I left my home and job to enjoy life by traveling.
I traveled around the Canary Islands for five years as a Workawayer and WWOOFer; it’s a great way to discover the place, the culture, and the customs because you’re in contact with local people… and it’s not expensive. It was my first big trip.
I've been traveling around Morocco for a month now; it’s a wonderful country.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’ve been travelling as a Workawayer and Wwoofer since the end of 2019; I’m signed up to Couchsurfing because there aren’t often any Workaway hosts or Wwoof eco-farms in the places I’d like to visit. And it’s nice to meet local people, get to know the place through their eyes, and their advice.
Interests
I paint on canvas, on ceramics, mostly on t-shirts. I draw on wood (Pyrography). I enjoy doing craftwork in general, often using unusual materials such as ostrich eggs or avocado seeds.
I love being alone in nature (it doesn't matter if it's in the woods or the desert) and enjoying the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once in Morocco, I had a spiced coffee—it was incredible; I could never go without it again!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share travel experiences... by the way, I don't speak English fluently—just at an intermediate level—but I'd like to improve it by practicing a bit more. In exchange, I can teach the languages I speak, but please don't ask me about grammar rules :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some friendly company (If they want it), cultural exchanges, and sharing tips on places to visit.
