I'm not traveling as much as I did in my 20s, but I still get out a bit - I've adventured in >100 countries in ~8 years abroad. Worked several years with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) across Africa and Asia. Lived in Mexico for 3 years. I really enjoy engaging and laughing with strangers of all stripes.

I read a lot of books & news, & I'm very active... the "Interests" listed below are all things I do fairly frequently. The water is cold here in San Francisco so I don't surf as much as I used to. Racing paragliders takes up a lot of my free time in the summer. Have you ever flown in a glider? I'd highly recommend it :-)
