I'm a scientist of the mind, both from the outside (as a neuroscientist) and from the inside (as a meditator). I try to bring both approaches together by investigating meditators in the lab. I'm looking forward to sharing experiences and perspectives on the psychology and philosophy of meditation.
I love hiking and being in contact with nature, you can learn so much from it! (Not surprisingly I studied biology)
I also have a great interest in sharing experiences with lifestyles - I think every person is a world and sharing your world with other worlds makes both richer. For example vegetarian/vegan food, living in a community, being part of a social/ecologist organization... I also love learning through the Effective Altruism community and discovering good ways to have a positive impact in the world :)
Dancing is also one of my passions, specially bellydance and South-American partner dances like Zouk, Forró or Bachata - and I'm interested in getting to know local dances :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I’ve stood blindfolded in the middle of the seafront in Barcelona and in the Costa Brava with my arms open and a poster with “I trust you. Do you trust me? Let’s hug!” in it (see picture). Quite a lot of people came and we hugged each other and I felt really well, it was like showing trust to mankind and connecting with the people.
