About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying life

ABOUT ME

...not very easy to talk about myself.

Actually I think I'm an eager, very easy-smiling and spontaneous person. Laid back, talkative since the first moment but instead of that still shy. Acid and a bit grumpy, skeptic in great changes, untidy and chaotic also fit very well. But at the same time quite a serious person who puts lots of energy in what he does.

PHILOSOPHY

Complexity is the sum of simpler things.

Feelings are the reason for everything; let your animal come to surface. Then consciousness is just a tool to improve communication which is again the basis of biology. And this principle is applicable to bigger organisms such as the whole society.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For this moment, just discovering CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just meet people from everywhere and share our experiences. Everything started in South America when I discovered that communication was the basis of travelling. We couldn't find a hoster there because we were quite a big group but contacts and friends made at that time convinced me to start with hosting.

Interests

A little bit of cooking, travelling and photography.

Lots of scientific reading (especially neuroscience) and PHYSIOLOGY!

And of course meeting friends in the bar; drinking beer, wine, gin tonic & caipirinha.

Music, Movies, and Books

The great Lebowsky, The Idiots, Airdoll, Funny games, Old Boy... The Hudsucker proxy is hilarious. Reservoir dogs is huge; how can do so much with so little?

The great Gatsby, 1984, the Art of War, The Prince, some of Murakami, our appreciated books of El Capitán Alatriste & one of the best I've ever read: Territorio Comanche. History of Rome by Indro Montanelli.

I'm not a big fan of music (and I don't know why); I mean I can listen to everything but I'm not that kind of expert who knows everything about a style.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've ridden down the Death Road (La Paz, Bolivia).

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy chit-chatting & exchanging points of wiew. I'm extremely tolerant so almost anything can be debated even ideas you wouldn't dare to comment in front of others.

Maybe I'm not the one who knows every little place in this town but I guess I can make a good pinture of Barcelona

And as I told before I'm a man of science so any conversation about physiology or drugs is always a good plan especially with one beer in each hand. And then if we swap our experiences in the kitchen (and we taste them of course) much better.
