About Me

UPDATE:

Hi there! I swear I saw a calender once, but can't find it now. I am unavailable to host from 14th August to 15th September since I am going on holidays myself. Enjoy the summer!

::::::::::::

I am a very curious person and I like to listen to people's stories. I enjoy hanging out with old friends, as well as meeting new ones. I like to feel and be independent, but at the same time I am deeply connected to my family and my roots.
I genuinely think this world is too small, and yet there are soooo many places I would like to visit :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I definitely want to be part of this thriving and enthusiastic way of life called Couchsurfing!

Music, Movies, and Books

It is hard to name one single favourite book, although "Journey to the end of the night" by Céline could easily take that place. More in general, I'd say that I like Latin American writers.
Music? Some indie, sparkling jazz, roots reggae, dubstep, rock, folk for me, thanks!
Movies are the same as books in my eyes - stories that serve the purpose of food for thought!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was my best friend's birthday and at that time I was living in Sweden and she was living in Finland. Thanks to her boyfriend, we organised everything aaand...
I took a train + plane from Sweden, early in the morning on Friday, arrived in Finland that same evening, rushed to the climbing center where the party was being held, put my AWESOM-O from South Park suit on and stood in front of my disoriented friend all excited. She couldn't believe it it was me under that homemade cardboard robot :) On Sunday morning I was already on my way back home.
Definitely worth the whole of it!
