ABOUT ME

I have been working as an engineer since almost one year in the suburbs of Paris and have been enjoying the life in Paris also since then. After having been a student for 7 years, this is quite different but at least as fun.
I like open space, fresh air and nature but when in Paris I love to hang out with my friends, and the friends of my friends, discover new places and new ambiances. I can't say I'm always talking but I love exchanging life stories and experiences.
I'm more concerts than nightclubs but I'm open as long as the goal is to have fun.

foreign cultures: I studied in Norway during one year so I have a particular interest in scandinavian culture, but from this long stay abroad I recall all sorts of conversations with people of many different nationalities, digging out what were the differences and likes with french culture and this was very interesting. The best being that very often the same jokes are working with everyone!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: quite difficult to answer. I'm not a technical listener and not a musician, so for me music is a question of feeling. And to give a sample, right now I'm listening to Compay Segundo (cuban music), but I like as well Arcade Fire, Nina Simone and I went to a concert of Metallica four months ago, not to mention french singers.

Movies and books, as various as my musical tastes, with a particular interest in thrillers and science fiction stories.
The last two books I read: 'On the road' (Kerouac), 'The road' (Cormac McCarthy) and I'm reading now 'To kill a mocking bird' (Harper Lee).
