ABOUT ME

Needless to say I'm an outgoing 25 year old that enjoys meeting new people and showing off my ability to make everyone around me giggle like a little school girl! I absolutely love watching any sort of athletic event...but mostly football (of the American kind) and baseball (GO COLTS AND CUBBIES...don't judge me). I am currently a speech language pathologist at Indianapolis Public Schools where I service (yes...service) the low income population of inner city Indianapolis students. I help them speak like young respectable children...I dare you to try it. I am always prepared to engage in any form of competitive dancing. I may not know HOW to swing dance, but I sure will try! I promise to enjoy your company as you will mine.

PHILOSOPHY

Just live life everyday. I allow myself to be happy, even through the shit storms. I deal with life the way I want to deal with it...and usually it's by saying "everything happens for a reason...but I'm still gonna be pissed!" I keep those I love the most and make me smile the closest...because what else do I have if I don't have my friends?

Well...I'm spreading the word with the local Indy folk. Everyone I've talked to really wants to give couch surfing a shot.

Couch surfed in New Orleans...fantastic! Have hosted a few couch surfers as well. All in all, great experience!

I enjoy catching up on my daily pop culture via People magazine, running long distances slowly (I have short legs), rollerblading...yes, rollerblading, reality tv (UGH!), playing scrabble and enjoying creative casseroles Thursday nights, traveling just about anywhere with just about anyone, day drinking, coffee...hot or cold varieties, getting mail...ok now I'm just blabbering on, I love lamp.

Have I mentioned that I LOVE country music...if you stop reading my profile due to this statement, then so be it. I'm not one of THOSE people that ONLY listens to country music because I also really really enjoy classic rock, pop, reggae, oldies, and hard rock. Right now I'm digging The Black Keys and Michael Buble. And basically my reading consists of emails and did I mention People magazine...sad but true. I watch whatever movie my roommate chooses, which is usually something I've never heard of or have seen before.
