Overview
About Me
I'm 24years old, living in a small "village" in Limburg, Belgium. I graduated early as an academic master in 'Graphic Design' with specialization 'Game & Digital Design' and decided that this is my chance to go to Japan (with a friend) before I get a job and finally start my own life. We are WWOOFing for 2 months, at 4 hosts (in Ibaraki, Chiba and Tochigi) but I also want to see the big city so we want to try Couchsurfing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer being with the local people and let me guided by them instead of being a hotel tourist and see a lot of fake clichés. Me and a friend are WWOOFing in Japan on the countryside but I would love to see Tokyo but there are no WWOOFing places in the city. Another WWOOFer we met at a host, told us about her Couchsurfing in Tokyo and had an amazing experience so we want to try it also.
Interests
I like to draw and to paint (when I have time for it) but I also like to cook and learn new recipes or techniques because I only learned it from books and my mom. My speciality in graphic design is 'Game & Digital Design' so I'm really into games and art. I'm also interested in Japanese culture and I try to learn the language recently.

Music, Movies, and Books
My Favorite Music: I usually put on the radio and listen what's playing but I prefer rock, alternative rock, indie rock and pop
My Favorite Movies: not any specific ones also. I'd prefer animation, fantasy and comedies.
My Favorite Books: the Harry Potter serie
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not so much but I'm still young :p
Joined the 'Global Game Jam 2015' to make a game, with an unknown team, within 2 days and ended second in my region.
Saw Kairaku-park in sakura season.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach to cook "European" food, the Dutch, Flemish language or improve your English.
I can (/want to) learn more about Japanese culture, city life or just other experiences of living in Japanese city's.
I can share my opinion and knowledge about art, drawing, game design and video games, my experiences as a WWOOFer in Japan and my (pc) video game collection.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to be "player 2" and play games (board, card, video, console, etc.) with the hosts and I can also cook, mostly "European" food.
