ABOUT ME

ALL? Ok, you asked for it. I was born on the 28th of April 1986. During my first day, I... Just kidding, not going to explain my whole life :)

I'm a student of Aerospace Engineering from Delft, The Netherlands, who likes to travel, but doesn't have enough time/money to do so. That's why I did an internship in China for 4 months. Free travel :) I like to go out, drink, dance and generally have a lot of fun. During the days, I am what most people would describe as a bit of a geek I guess. I know a lot about computers and also work with computers. I don't consider myself socially retarded though (but I'm ofcourse not the one to ask....) I'm terrible at learning new languages. I love coffee. I love water (swimming, boating, relaxing at a lake/stream, etc). I have a collection of rubber duckies (but don't own a bath). I drive a motorcycle.

Since I am back home now, here is the info on the fiancee:

She is also a student, social work in her case. She is the same as me, except for nearly all of the above ;) She does not like coffee, hates computers and is definitely not a geek. The rest of it goes for the both of us though, travelling, motorcycles, rubber duckies all the way!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed one couch in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. To save time we didn't sleep during the entire weekend though, so didn't really "surf the couch" as much as "dumped and retrieved the luggage". Hope to get more experience (hosting this time) soon though!
